Dr Alfdaniels Mivule Basibye Mabingo is a longterm daCi Member who was born in Uganda and is currently teaching East African-style dance at the University of Auckland in New Zealand.
Recently Mabingo spoke to Radio New Zealand about how he challenges his students to examine their own backgrounds and rationalisation of the world through dance.
